This luxury, modern and beautiful Villa Rinaldo with an outdoor pool is located near the attractive town of Poreč in Kukci which is located only 3 km from the center of Poreč and 4 km from the Materada beach. Kukci is only 5 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket Kaufland and the nearest Gas station.
The village has a minimarket, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, a children's playground. The nearby town of Poreč is a popular holiday destination and is known for the many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches. Visit this place and experience relaxation in a completely different way.
This newly built villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 comfortably furnished sleeping bedrooms each with double beds and its own bathrooms. The spacious and airy interior of the villa combines elegant furniture and modern furnishings.
Consisting of 2 floors, guests can use more than 200m2 of living space. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, a spacious living room, one bedroom with its own bathroom, toilet facilities and the access to the pool area.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with three bathrooms which are very stylish and comfortable. The whole house is air-conditioned and covered with the WiFi and security system.
Several smaller terraces and balconies will provide many pleasant moments spend by gathering with a glass of excellent local wine.
