About this house rental
The villa is situated on a hill overlooking the eastern coast of Sicily, between Etna and the sea, between Taormina and Catania, surrounded by eight hectares of lemons.
The Garden overlooks the Ionian Sea, you can have a refreshing bath and relax while enjoying a magnificent view.
The only guest apartment is located downstairs, directly on the poolside pool offering spectacular views. You can relax on a sunbathing chair or armchair or in the shade of the roof.
The interiors consist of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, chairs, double high quality double sofa bed and terrace directly on the private garden with gazebo, table and chairs.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold, LCD TV, oven, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi. The interior is very modern and very recent (2017).
The pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the villa and the hosts.
Modern furnishings and equipped with all comforts, in our villa you will find everything you are looking for, kitchen with oven, coffee machine, TV in the room, double bathroom with shower. A few steps from the villa you will find everything you need, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, markets and shopping centers

We spent a glorious 17 days at the villa and our host, Marco, was always most helpful. Wonderful location for visiting the many glorious sights that Sicily has to offer and equally wonderful to return to our lovely villa and relax by the great swimming pool. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

A great place to relax or base yourself for exploring Etna, Catatonia and the beaches.

Lovely, spacious ground floor apartment. Actually adjacent to the one advertised and booked but equally nice with benefit of two en-suite bathrooms. Very clean and well-maintained with very efficient aircon. Mount Etna behind to the west, views from lovely garden and big pool over lemon groves to the sea to the east. Main entrance from road easy to miss. Santa Venerina nothing special. Zafferana Etnea much nicer with good choice of eateries and gelateria.Take great care when driving - it's a free-for all!
Marco was efficient, friendly, charming and helpful. Many thanks for a great stay - we can certainly recommend the property.
