About this apartment rental
Our Studio 04! it is a fun loft, located in a typical railing house, designed in an industrial style, in memory of the old Turin worker. The high barrel vaults were used to insert a loft bed, with steel beams and exposed tie rods.
Very bright, with two views: a quiet internal courtyard and street side with a complete front view of the Sanctuary of Mary Help of Christians.
The fixtures isolate perfectly from the busy comings and goings below.
The strategic location allows you to reach the historic center, Porta Susa station, Porta Palazzo market in just 13 minutes on foot,
alternatively, it is possible to use the most important public transport (stops are at most 1 minute on foot) to move quickly around the city.
The entrance is on the fully equipped living kitchen, dominated by an original reproduction of the Tiger by the contemporary artist Mimmo Rotella.
The adjacent living room includes a sofa, a work desk, an open wardrobe and a television.
The room is also equipped to work from home, and on request we have a printer available to put at your disposal.
From the room you can enjoy the view of the wonderful Church of Maria Ausiliatrice and in the periods of April - October the luxuriant trees
they will give you a precious show of lights and colors.
Returning to the kitchen, you go up 3 steps and passing by the microwave you reach the bathroom, equipped with a shower, where you will find towels and a small courtesy kit.
Going up another 3 steps you reach the bedroom, suspended over the hall.
The silence is guaranteed by the fixtures that make our loft a muffled and peaceful environment
