Apartment on the Pedestrian Promenade over Playa del Ingles Beach, next to the Dunes of Maspalomas in a small and calm residence of only 2 floors, surrounded by gardens with direct access to the Pedestrian Promenade just over the Beach. I can go down to the beach by a nearby elevator to restaurants level, and then a few steps to the sand (5 min walking distance to the sand). Then you can walk along the shore to go to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area in 15 min.
Very close walking distance to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, buses and taxis. 15 min walking distance to C. C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
The residential complex is very well maintained (renovated in 2015).

Die Wohnung war perfekt, was Lage und Besonnung der Terrasse anbelangt. Die Pool Anlage sehr schön. Alles sehr gepflegt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir waren 6 Wochen da.

Todo muy limpio, tranquilo y cerca de la playa, sin embargo no entendí que la piscina estuviera cerrada los fines de semana, un pena. Por lo demás todo perfecto

The location next to the beaches was excellent and the outside area and pool well maintained. The apartment was clean, light and peaceful. The view from the balcony seaward was very nice.
The bed was extremely firm and would benefit from a topper. The shower ran out of hot water very quickly and the shower head positioning was broken and difficult to angle correctly. There was no English speaking TV channels which would be a welcome addition.
