Beautiful place. It had 3 separate sitting areas on each floor. The balcony on the third floor had an outdoor bar area Close to all major attractions and restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.

We arrived a little early to the resort, hoping our cottage would be ready. When we went to the front desk, they said it was ready and gave us the keys. When we got to the house, there was confetti covering the bottom of the pool and was also floating on top. Someone had a birthday party and made a complete mess. It was in the grass in front of the cottage, as well. We called the front desk to have someone come out to clean the pool and were told they would have someone out shortly. After waiting for an hour and a half, we called back again and they sounded like they didn't want to be bothered, but would have someone there within 20-25 minutes. After about 15 minutes, they showed up to clean the pool. After cleaning it out for about 25 minutes, there was STILL confetti on the pool floor, they mostly skimmed what was floating on top. The first floor was very cramped and if you have more than 4 people in this house, prepare to sit on top of each other. This cottage also had the child pool door-open-buzzer that goes off when the sliding glass door is opened. We expected this, since we've stayed at several other cottages. This one however, you can't hold the button down to cancel it from going off before you walk out. It goes off the whole time the door is open, so, if you go out to the patio early in the morning, I'm sure the neighbors do not appreciate hearing the alarm, along with anyone that's still sleeping in this cottage. We also had to pick up a dead roach on arrival, and the AC on the top (3rd) floor was not blowing in the room vents, only in the loft area. We will not be coming back to this cottage, but haven't had bad experiences in the other times we've rented other cottages at M-ville.
