This is our 4th rental with Ace Hospitality and the first time staying in a 4 bedroom house. Like all the rentals the house was decorated beautifully and was relatively clean when we checked in. We ran into a few issues during our 2 week stay. First the ice maker only made 3 ice cubes every hour. Thankfully the maintenance team would bring us bags of ice so that helped cure that problem. When we checked in the upstairs balcony had a pair of men’s underwear left on the chair from the previous renter. Aside from those two problems we loved the location and the house. We do prefer the 2 floor layouts but this house was beautiful.

We rent homes in Margaritaville 1 to 2 times per year. This was our least favorite so far. The top floor is great but the bottom floor is cramped.
