Good location. Cottage layout not clear online. 2 BRs with bathrooms outside of BR not acceptable. Family room too small for 6 people. No grill on patio. No starter filters or coffee for coffee maker. No starter kit for margarita maker. Great shower water pressure. Lots of hot water. Comfortable beds. 3 levels so bag drag up stairs. Overall, good experience.

This is our second year staying at Margaritaville and with VStays. Our home of stay was not fully cleaned prior to arrival. Still have drinks ij blender and cups, chip bowl with dried salsa, and the floor had sand all on it. No hangers in all rooms (4 bedrooms), the pool was not clean and no skimmer to clean on own, barely any towels, dryer did not work had to put on multiple times, and the kitchen was not fully equipped with things needed. Last year home we stayed in was on point and felt like home.The property at resort was good. Was a busy week with many happy guests.
