About this apartment rental
I am renting my newly renovated high end 3 bedroom condominium in an incredible space just a short stroll to the US Capital, National Mall, and Union Station! It is located in one of DC's historic neighborhoods lined with classic architecture and steps away from Lincoln Park, public transportation. and bike rentals. You'll love the area and enjoy a quiet stay while being in the center of everything DC has to offer. Getting around - You could not ask for better access! The condo is a 20 minute drive to Reagan Airport and a 5 minute drive to Union Station (Amtrak). It's also a short Uber ride to anywhere in the city. I will do my best to accommodate you during your stay.

We came as a family to see the sights of the nations capitol. The location was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Local transportation was easy and the property was clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us!

This property was ideal for our stay in DC as it is located less than a mile from Capital Mall. The neighborhood is beyond charming and is well suited for strolling and admiring the beautiful residential architecture. The apartment was clean with everything in working order. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern. Spacious living room. Lots of light from two walls of windows. To top this off, the owner, Daniel, is welcoming and gracious and really made our stay a complete, wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here, and Daniel was a great host! We were here for a bachelor party with 9 guys and between the bedrooms, living room with air mattresses, and the basement, there was plenty of room to go around.
The place looked very modern, and all the appliances seemed to be fairly new and working great. The only thing I will say is I wish the fridge kept our drinks and food a little cooler then what it did.
The area around the location was great! Full of people walking their dogs, biking, running, etc. There were some great coffee shops (shout out joseph's coffee shop and their incredible bfast sandwiches), and everywhere we wanted to go was around a 10-15 minute uber ride. You can also take advantage of the scooters all around the area, which we did and felt safe even at night.
All in all, I would for sure book with Daniel again if I was ever in the DC area!
