Great apartment and host. I appreciated the proactive communication from Karl and Maria. The “courtyard” in front of the apartment was very pleasant. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and I was surprised with how generously the apartment provided supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, burn gel, umbrellas etc.

My wife & I stayed here for 4 nights. It is an inexpensive place to stay for a trip in Puerto Rico. It was within walking distance from the beach which we liked. The hostess & her husband were very attentive to our needs. My wife needed an extra blanket because I had to turn the a/c on. She tends to get cold when I do that. The hostess was happy to provide that for us. The only thing was, there was only one chair to sit when we brought food from outside to eat. I had to sit on the bed. Luckily everything was tightly fitted into the studio so we had no problem. There is a kitchen area so you could heat up any food you want. All in all, this place was very nice stay to celebrate our 5 year anniversary.

Maria and her husband are great hosts. The entry to the unit was a bit difficult due to so many different keys it took a while to figure it out and the lighting at night to open the gates made it difficult other than that the
