About this house rental
A new modern style large luxury townhome in the Mill of Oxford just five minutes from the Oxford square and the University of Mississippi campus. The townhome is just under 2,000 square feet and features three bedrooms, three and a half bath. This includes a king size bed, queen size bed, two twin beds as well as a pull-out sofa in the upstairs loft area.
The main level features an open floor plan with a great kitchen including stainless steal appliances and keurig coffee maker. The large island seats 3 and the dining area seats an additional 6. The living room comes with a leather sectional sofa, accent chair, as well as a 65 inch LED Smart TV. The main level also features a half bath, laundry room, master bedroom and bathroom.
The master bedroom has a 49 inch TV and a king size bed overlooking the pond and fountain. The master bathroom includes a double vanity sink, large shower and walk-in closet.
The second level includes two large bedrooms as well as a loft area. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Each feature their own en-suite bathroom as well as walk-in closets. The twin room is equipped with a 42 inch TV. The loft area has a full size sleeper sofa with plenty of room in the second level for a blow up mattress (not included).
Amenities include: Free 50MB WiFi, resort style pool, outdoor kitchen, covered patio, and fenced in back yard.

This was the perfect place for what we needed. My son got married this weekend and we stayed here to keep from driving back home every day. We loved it!

Location was great, the condo was wonderful. It was clean and well stocked with all we need. The bedrooms with own bathrooms and huge closets were terrific. The beds were like sleeping in the clouds, just loved it. The little backyard by the fountain was so peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out and reading. Terrific stay. Sad I found this when my son graduated and not before because we would definitely be back.

This is a great location in the Mill of Oxford. Just off of South Lamar, it is one of the most convenient places we've stayed during the last 4 years. It is well taken care of, with a great floorplan. Being pet friendly was a plus for us too! If this townhouse were to ever be for sale, it would absolutely be worth a look! We plan to stay again.

THE best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed in. Fully equipped, extremely clean, all essentials provided including shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer, etc. huge soft bath towels, wooden hangers, pillows, beds...their attention to detail rivals that of a 5* hotel, no joke.If our son decides to go to Ole Miss, this will be our go-to rental when we visit him!
