About this apartment rental

Located in the heart of Willamette Valley’s wine country, Carlton is a town full of charm, with small shops, more than a dozen wine tasting rooms and eateries lining Main Street. With so much to offer in town and nearby, Carlton Winery Lofts provide the ideal location and accommodations to stay and play!
Unit # 6 is spacious and offers a modern kitchen large enough to entertain! We have 4 individual spacious studio loft rentals, each featuring a king bed, luxurious linens & towels, large screen tv, a kitchenette complete with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and local snacks. Parking is in our lot behind the building, with a convenient private entrance into the lofts.
Check-in is at our nearby Ken Wright Cellars tasting room, (120 N.Pine Street, Carlton-in the historic train depot) where we invite you to visit us and enjoy a wine flight ($20 per person tasting fee waived for our guests).
Book 1 loft or all 4! Be sure to check out all our lofts: #2, #3, #5, #6.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine getaway, location & cleanliness of lofts were great. Super cute decor. Our mattress needs replacing, super lopsided/spent - very uncomfortable. Concerned about black on shower floor - surely not black mold? Could have used some shower bath gel/soap and soap in kitchen was empty. Also, no coffee or coffee filters, at least we never found any but enjoyed the espresso pods. Hope someone enjoys the roses my sweet husband bought me. Not that y’all don’t have flowers only everywhere!

apt is very nice, in the middle of the tiny town of Carlton. Good location for exploring the area wineries. French restaurant across the street, Cuvee, one of the best meals. Minor issues like very limited paper towels and toilet paper taken care of my property manager. Overall recommend

The loft was absolutely perfect in every way! The location could not have been better - close to not only the downtown tasting rooms and restaurants, but also to McMinnville and SO many amazing wineries just a short distance away. After staying 5 nights, we wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!!

We loved this loft- it’s an easy walk or drive to everything you want in wine country. It’s was immaculate and decorated beautifully. It was well stocked and quiet. The staff was so nice and friendly. The WiFi is not good- so our plan to bring dinner home and watch a movie was a no- go, but the staff was responsive and did the best they could. Other than that- everything was great!

The lofts were even nicer than the VRBO listing and very comfortable. They are owned & operated by the Ken Wright winery which is next door and exceptionally nice/pleasant to interact with, including complementary wine tasting during check-in. The Carlton location is very convenient to the top wineries in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The Winery Lofts are so convenient to explore the fantastic Carlton area. Loft #6 is wonderful. CLEAN and perfect for two. It’s all there and it looks good, feels good and it’s comfy. Carrie is delightful and takes care of a seamless and easy check in and out. No worries. Communication was excellent. We we be back over and over!!!

We stayed in the Carlton Wine Lofts #6 for a few nights, basing from there to visit several wineries in the area. These little one-bedroom units are perfect for a couple, and include a kitchen as well. Ours had a table with 4 chairs, and our friends who rented #3 were able to come over and we all had a place to sit and visit. Coffee was provided but there's a great coffee shop just around the corner too. Amenities in the bathroom were provided as well. The place was just adorable and we can't wait to go back. We would absolutely stay there again.

The Winery Lofts have a great location in Carlton, right on the main strip and within walking distance of several great wineries and restaurants, and within a short drive of several more. The place is large, with a full kitchen and a huge TV. Couldn't really have asked for anything better.

Unit was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Centrally located, parking and easy access. Only small issue - ditch the “My Pillows” - they aren’t comfortable and the manufacturer/owner is a criminal. Otherwise, highly recommend.

We were referred by friends who had stayed here previously and we couldn’t be any happier. Check in was so easy - Carrie is great! Centrally located to the best wineries in the area and also walking distance to one of the best restaurants in the entire valley (Earth and Sea) The bed was super comfy and the unit is well equipped. We could have stayed for a week.
