The Barn is modern and self-contained, nestled in the hills above Blueskin Bay, just 15 minutes from Dunedin. Enjoy the tranquility of your rural surroundings and stunning views, while making the most of the local beaches, nursery cafe, art gallery and ecosanctuary.
The Barn is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is tucked away in total seclusion, surrounded by bush, farmland and enchanting birdsong.
The accommodation is independent of the main house so there is no sharing of amenities and total privacy is guaranteed. A second room (for 2) is available upon request.
Special conditions:
A second room is available upon request, sleeping an additional two people.
We have two large, friendly dogs and if you would like to bring your pooch with you, please discuss this with us.

The barn was beautiful with spectacular views from the upstairs bedroom. It had all the amenities we needed and our host Alan was fabulous (along with his two canine assistants who were equally charming).

lovely property loved the native birds and animals there. fireplace was a cracker lovely calm enviroment. everything you need host is very friendly and helpful. also great having the dogs with us they had a ball walking around exploring . will be back

Lovely getaway in a good location close to the beach and to Dunedin. Alan was super helpful and lit the fire for our arrival which was very kind.
