Very nice and clean apartment with a nice view over the lake!
The location is a bus ride away (around 4,6km) from Menaggio, easy if you have a car, but a little bit harder if you don’t. The bus doesn’t run that late and only once or twice an hour. Manageable, but a little tricky at times.

Location was beautiful with amazing views from the balcony. Reaching the apartment was difficult without a car

Large apartment
Was clean and tidy
Too many steps (57) but the view was the reward
Checkin and checkout times were unrealistic
Checkin at 4pm and checkout by 10am, when we asked for a later checkout time we were refused as they had guests checking in that day (never heard of it taking 6 hours to clean an apartment before)
More facilities needed in kitchen, toaster and microwave and perhaps some tourist brochures or maps would be helpful
