Colazione Ottima. Buona posizione. Camere spaziose . Quarto piano di condominio abbastanza silenzioso
TELECAMERA DI SORVEGLIANZA nella Cucina sempre attiva. Segnalata con cartello ma non indicata nella prenotazione . Riscaldamento spento con temperatura non regolabile e freddo in casa Pompa di calore presente nelle camere ma di scarsa resa con telecomando bloccato ( non è possibile alzare la temperatura oltre il limite impostato di 23 °C TEORICI in quanto l'aria tiepida arrivava solo ogni tanto probabilmente per problemi alla unità esterna. o regolare la ventola per aumentare il flusso d'aria) . Unità esterna Molto rumorosa per fortuna lontana dalle camere. Sanitari di piccola dimensione. Doccia con flusso acqua molto limitato e non regolabile in altezza. Il risparmio energetico eccessivo non agevola il benessere dei clienti
