When booking the Marine apartments, Pearl was a great help and answer all my requires, she always got back straight away

Flat was not as we thought, photo showed balcony which we didn't have, this was disappointing as we expected a sea view. The sound from the other flats in the same building carried, it was very noisy especially when there was a party in flat below going on til 3am!

Amazing and cozy place to stay at with a handy location.

It was really nice and clean and the hosts were really nice and helpfully and replied really quick to my messages. It is really close to everything (food places, bars, beach, arcades and amusements) all walking distance.

Walls are somewhat thin so could hear other residents a bit but nothing overally disrupting. Plus parking was a bit of an issue but not surprising considering the location and good weather.

Photographs clearly show a balcony but there wasn’t one Beds were uncomfortable Bathroom was dirty from previous guests Sofa bed bedding wasn’t fresh Half eaten sweets/crisps were left around the apartment Floor boards weren’t properly done so they slipped under your feet Clothing from previous guests left in wardrobe and drawers

Nothing ,it was disgusting, owners very rude. For £200 a night you expect clean beds,and not hairs everywhere. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Everything. Apartment was disgusting. Pubic hairs on the beside table. Beds not changed. Dust everywhere. Gaps in floor boards,which my toddler hurt her toe on. Pearl the owner not very nice when we rang to complain about the Apartment we paid £200 for. Would not let a dog sleep in it. It was that bad we didn't even stay ,I would not let my children sleep in them disgusting beds with someone else's hair all over them. We had to drive home late at night with 2 young children. Pearl hung up on us when we rang and told her I want a refund. I've sent her pics of how dirty the place is and no reply, not even sorry at all. All these pics are from inside our room. I have more but will only let me post 4. Also advertised there's a balcony, there is not.

The location is great for being in walking distance to everything from the beach to the amusements. quiet surroundings. coffee machine was a bonus!

television was broken sound would stop working after a few minutes. the few minutes. dishwasher fell out when you opened the door. the view of a dirty lane wasn’t great and the wall and floors where like cardboard kept awake by other guests drinking and banging doors till 4 in the morning not ideal when you have a 8 year old.
