Definitely should NOT have be rated as high as it was on this listing. We give this room/hotel experience 3/5 stars. This was not a luxury experience for us. The master bedroom shower had mildew in it. The Master bedroom sheets had somebody's random dirty sock under the sheets when we arrived. When asked for more master bedroom King size sheets, the front desk had an attitude and gave us 2 sets of Queen size sheets then when we went all the way back down to ask for an actual set of king size sheets, only to be given another set of queen size sheets and told we have to get with the owners. The Master bedroom balcony door did not lock when closed. ALSO this listing came up under pet friendly which it WAS NOT and only made us aware that they were NOT pet friendly after booking the room!!!! The elevators were slow, hot/ muggy, going to and from the 14th floor. The housekeeper was sitting in the same spot most of the shift. Our balcony did have a great view of the beach. Outside was nice for corn hole and hammocks. The beach was clean. Overall, we will not stay in this establishment again.
