Amazing place! The house was super clean and the amenities were awesome. The host was very responsive and friendly. The view was unmatched, pool was clean and convenient, the extra passes to the swimming hole were very convenient. Definitely would stay there again with a decent size group.

June 2026 - This was our 3rd or 4th visit to the Eagle's Roost. We are always excited for our stay and the beautiful view and proximity to the river. Love the privacy and solitude that this home has to offer. And we really enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds during this stay. The only negative comment that I have is that the waterfall on the pool wasn't on (or working) this time. Love the sound of the waterfall.

We had a great time but a few things about the property definitely affected our trip. The most igregious being the fact that a comforter on one of the upstairs beds hadn't been cleaned and appeared to have vomit on it. Additionally, the doorknob on the queen bedroom and the upstairs shower head were both broken. This was our second year staying at this property and while we enjoy it, the condition has declined quite a bit. We'll be looking for somewhere else next year.
