This 2 bedroom 2 Full bath with spectacular pool view condo features comfortable A/C and heater, newer washer and dryer, new smart TV's, & can accommodate up to 8 people IN BED SPOTS. Fully stocked kitchen with NEWER appliances, fridge with water and ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and cookware needed for preparing meals, and MUCH MORE!
FAST RELIABLE WI-FI: This condo was just upgraded with the latest gigabit internet with wifi 6 technology throughout to easily work from unit or stream all of your devices with ease!
Sleeping layout:
- MASTER: Queen bed and 43" Smart 4k HD Flat Screen TV in the master bedroom that has private balcony.
- GUEST ROOM: 2 Twin/Twin bunk beds, one with pull out trundle bed, 40" HD Flat Screen TV, optional port-a-crib & access to private balcony.
- LIVING ROOM: 2 pull out couch full sofa sleepers with 65 4k HD' Smart TV.
Laundry: Large washer and dryer with ironing board + iron.
Lay out by one of the many pools, soak in one of many hot tubs, splash in the splash pad, slide down the water slides, run, ride, bike, or climb while you explore the Green Valley Gap located just around the corner! Or maybe swim in the indoor pool (open year round!), play some volleyball, pickle-ball, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, life size chess + more just feet from your back door! Or maybe you prefer to relax and watch the kids on the playground. Or, ride your bikes or make the quick drive down to the AMAZING Thunder Junction Tonaquint All Abilities Park (see pics) one of the best parks for kids and adults in the state just a mile away! Whatever you choose, you will have a blast here!
We even go above and beyond and provide a few basic pool toys, towels, and extra balls to try and help enhance your enjoyment and convenience.
Based on availability, there is a large dedicated lot for short term trailer parking for boats, wave-runners, side by sides, etc on the property. Also, WE MAY (based on availability) be able to give you access to a single car garage located right next to the condo to park in or to put all your bikes, side by sides or any other recreational belongings.
Parking: With our unit, we have a garage that you can park outside of if necessary which reserves you a spot close by so you don't have to ever compete for parking like most St George resorts.
Security: Did you know that many property managers and owners only change their door code every few months?? YIKES! We issue a brand new door code with each guest that is easy to remember (usually last 4 digits of phone number) to make sure that our guests have easy access and are the ONLY ones who can access our unit while staying there for their complete security.
Included in the nightly rate gives you access to everything below and includes a pass for up to 8 guests to the newly acquired Green Valley Resort located right in the back yard. Price is $5/day for every guest after 10 and not all condo's in Las Palmas have access for that many people so this is another big feature our condo provides.
