It has stairs or an elevator so anyone can stay and the floor plan is all one level. Enjoy spectacular views of Snow Canyon, Pine Mountain, the pool, and the city! This Penthouse is uniquely situated to enjoy unrestricted views of our gorgeous Southern Utah sunsets. Within walking distance of miles and miles of mountain biking and ATV Trails right from your front door. Close to downtown St George restaurants, entertainment, and much more!
The Penthouse is equipped with a dining table for 8, a game table that will seat 4 more, and 4 additional seating at the kitchen bar. BBQ, and outdoor seating. The Living Room has a leather Sofa, 4 armchairs, several ottoman's and a 65 inch flat screen TV for entertainment. The Kitchen has all the amenities the family chef will need to prepare and serve meals. Don't forget to use the grill on the deck for delicious barbecues.
Enjoy catching rays and laying by the massive resort style pool. Play Pickleball, or Basketball on our resort courts, or relax in the hot tub.
