The price and location are perfect.
You need to put a bit of effort to deal with the door locks. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests.

Everything is inside what you need fridge /kitchen /washing machine and many other things .
The personal is very nice and helpful!
1-3 nights on easy here !
The type of renovation in this flat is bad quality. Unfortunately the people who build laminate floor of the house did not respected technological approach! This why whole floor is like walking on waves . Ideal would be to undo and redo the laminate!

Good price for value.
Close to the center.
Towels are old, and have stains on them.
Walls are thin, you can hear anything happening outside or in the building.
Building should have better security.

Comfortable, clean. Safe.
Main issues were kitchen related. Fridge even on lowest setting was freezing my stuff. No toaster. Limited utensils.
