It was well stocked with kitchen goodies and the location is unbeatable! Our dogs enjoyed the stay as well sharing the stairs yard was filled with wonderful smells from local flora and fauna as well as all the windows for daylight to look out of at the neighbors!
There were a couple items not cleaned including the pull out cutting board and some of the rugs/mats around the house.

Comfortable, cozy, clean, and very close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and dog friendly!
Bathtub was a little creaky, but worked great otherwise.

The amenities were great. The openness of the living room and kitchen. The big back porch was awesome as well.
The pokey grass out back really sucked for the dogs
