Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Very clean and the bed & shower were very good. The breakfast that comes with your stay is buffet style with lots of great choices along with the fresh egg station. Great job and a great way to start the day. Highly appreciated your staff with making my stay very good. They also provide mountain bikes for your stay to ride around and down to the lake. Room service was very good with great Vietnamese food. Spa, weight room very nice. If you're planning on going to the lake, this is the place to be. Highly recommend 👌

the look at it and proximity to ba be lake.

being accused of smoking in my room. seriously put me in a bad mood. restaurant staff have to be found as do the coffee shop staff. barking dogs. dirt on walls in bath room. it wiped off with my finger.

For those who want a hotel instead of a homestay this can do. Air Conditioning was good.

The whole structure is neglected. The room was and smelled mouldy, had a few insects, and would need a deep clean. The whole hotel needs a bit of restoration. The pictures describe something that maybe was some time ago.
