About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in the southeast of Berlin. The fully equipped apartment is new and modern in the industry factual style. It is located in the mezzanine of a 130 year old house. The kitchen invites alike to relax, rest and cooking. The free-standing cooking island undergoes the constant contact with his fellow man cooking a pleasure. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, a quiet hood with exhaust air into the open air, an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you need for fun-prepare meals and a beautifully set table. The bathroom with window has toilet and bidet, a floor-level shower and a washing machine. In the quiet bedroom overlooking the green garden you will find a large bed and a wardrobe.
The apartment in the green-quiet Adlershof excellent transport connections to get to the center, but also to explore the perfect starting point to Treptow-Koepenick. The Müggelsee Friedrichshagen, the Köpenicker Castle or the old quarter and the rivers Dahme and Spree are within easy reach. In the immediate vicinity is the science center Adlershof is with parts of the Humboldt University.
The apartment is located in a beautiful old building in a quiet street with lots of trees and wide sidewalks. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and a cinema nearby. Welcome to our beautiful apartment!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben drei wunderschöne Tage in Berlin erlebt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Very impressed with this apartment that is easily accessible from the airport and near to transport for Berlin. I booked this as a surprise for my partners 40th birthday. It was our first time in Berlin and we fell in love with the city. It was everything I'd expected and a lot more. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you need.The owner was there to greet us who was very polite and helpful, a lovely lady. There is a supermarket just 2 mins walk away and plenty of eating places and restaurants on the doorstep. I will definitely be recommending this as place to stay. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And thank you to Ilka for making us feel welcome.

Ich kann nur positives berichten. Die Vermieter sind super nett und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr schön und die Wohnung ein Traum! Alles war super sauber und ordentlich!
Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin werden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!
