Room very smart with balcony.Close to train station , easy to get the train to airport and also to Berlin centre. Accros the street is a supermarket and also many food shops.

We really liked the place. It's located right across from a great Edeka supermarket, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking.
The only issue was that the housekeeping staff didn't clean our apartment on Friday, even though I had left the "Please clean the room" sign on the door. On Saturday, I asked the receptionist to have the trash removed. The housekeeping staff did clean and tidy everything, but they forgot to take out the kitchen trash.))) And on Sundays, there is no housekeeping service.
I won't give the place a bad rating because of this one mistake. I could see how much care they put into cleaning—for example, they even arranged my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed in such a cute way.
One suggestion would be to consider installing air conditioning or, at the very least, providing fans. With the increasingly frequent heat waves, we really missed having some way to cool the apartment. Even for me, coming from Brazil, the heat was intense. We slept with the balcony door open because of the temperature. The tram can be heard at night, but it didn't bother us.
In the end, we're all human, and mistakes happen. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.
