A nice hotel with very good pizza! But the street is noisy...

We stayed there as a result of a small emergency and the staff were very helpful - left us some pizza for when we arrived late at night and were easy to communicate. And the pizza was great! The rooms are clean and spatious.

Our room overlooked the street which gets pretty busy and loud already early in the morning.

Well, I would not come back again.

It was near to our biz-meeting. Acceptable view of the valley. Actually, not too much to say about "like".

We arrived at 22:30. No-one was waiting for us. After 30 minutes finally we got the attention of someone who sent some other one to open the door and processing our check-in. Big black spider in the bathroom (still most of the room very clean) and a terrible bed. It is a three star, and it costs 50-60 Euros. Maybe, it is part of the package. Would not come back again.

L'hotel si trova a meno di dieci minuti dall'autostazione di Tione, estremamente comodo per muoversi e anche per raggiungere altri comuni vicini. I servizi della struttura superano le aspettative: la colazione a buffet è completa e di ottima qualità, la cena prevede molte alternativa locali e non e il personale è molto cordiale. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben arredata.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Abendessen und freundlichem Personal.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit grossem modernem Badezimmer und grosser, moderner Dusche und Balkon, alle Zimmer waren sehr gut beheizt und sehr sauber. Das Personal war kompetent, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Kompliment an das Team. Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab auch frischen Kuchen. Abendessen im Restaurant hervorragend von sehr guter Qualität mit ausreichend grossen Portionen. Ausreichende Parkplätze waren jederzeit vorhanden. Wirklich gepflegtes schönes Hotel, das von Roberto sehr gut geführt wird, Grazie Roberto wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Sofa im Zimmer wäre wirklich Top gewesen und im Badezimmer unterhalb des Wandspiegels eine Ablage/Regal für persönliche Hygieneartikel hat eigentlich gefehlt.

a ne pas refaire a cet hôtel.

le petit déjeuner sans variété plus que cela, tout les matins la même chose et sans forcement d'envie de vouloir déjeuner.

le bruit des claquement de porte pour pouvoir fermer les portes, personnel bruyants le matin, déplacement géographique trop éloigner pour les visites. voisins bruyants avec aboiement des chiens. de plus le dernier jour attente pour être servit, alors que je dinais tous les soirs a l'hôtel, certains clients étaient servis avant moi alors qu'ils étaient arrives après moi, et Jai rappeler plusieurs fois la serveuse, je pense quelle le faisait exprès.

Nel complesso bel soggiorno, specialmente il mangiare era molto buono.

Colazione ottima, varia e abbondante, sia dolce (soprattutto), che salata.

Errori nel conto finale: sono convinta della buonafede del patron, ma qualcuno tra gli ospiti ha fatto mettere in conto alla nostra camera diverse cose non consumate da noi, circa 50-60€ in più di consumazioni; per fortuna tutto risolto, ma è stato un po' imbarazzante.

Al piano terra c’è la pizzeria, non c’è divisione tra la zona notte. Il rumore, le grida e la musica sono andate avanti ben oltre la mezzanotte. Alla mattina dalle sette fuori dalla camera il personale della pulizia hanno chiacchierato ad alta voce
