    First of all, forget the small stuff like the hair on the bed and that the room barely has space to walk. But on the 4th night of my stay, the AC started making a loud unusual noise, which I went to the reception to find a solution, and the most careless rudest boy was there, he barely looked at me and kept playing his video game, told me to turn off the AC until tomorrow where someone will fix it. Mind you it is the summer and I can't open the sliding door because Ratatouille is outside. Also after investing the AC, I found out that there is also mold inside. Also what type of walk in shower doesn't have a door, where the bathroom ends up drenched after a 5 min quick shower. I talked to Agoda customer service for 3 hours until around 4am, where they gave me another temporary room. When I showed it to the reception he just said "Yes its because you booked and economy room and it is in the basement floor" and "Oh that must've came from somewhere on top". The cherry on top is instead of compensating me for letting me stay for 3 hours in a basement with no AC, they made me pay to upgrade my room. Never again
