    I booked a 5-night Superior Suite with a city view, but upon check-in, I was given a basement room, which was completely unacceptable and far below what I had booked and expected. After a lot of discussion and arguments with the hotel staff, they finally moved me to another, much smaller room and informed me that I would be shifted to my originally booked room the following day. Thankfully, they moved me to the correct room the next day, but the first night was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. After travelling and paying for a Superior Suite with a city view, I should not have had to argue with the hotel just to receive the room I had already booked. The hotel should have honoured the booking from the beginning. I hope they take this seriously and improve their room allocation and guest service so other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

    I had a frustrating experience with the front desk at this hotel. Upon arrival, after a long and exhausting trip, I was directed to a private parking lot down the street instead of the more convenient parking next door. Later, I realized I was overcharged for parking—staying only two nights but being billed for three. The front desk staff seemed to intentionally mislead me into paying more than I should have. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I would caution future guests to double-check their charges carefully.
