Modern space with industrial decor in a beautifully renovated building. Everything was very clean and the beds really comfortable. Perfectly located as well.
... However, the host/staff were nowhere to be found! Zero customer service. We arrived late at night only to discover that there were no toiletries in the bathroom (despite what is clearly shown in the photos). We had to take a shower with the hand gel... By the end of our stay, we had also totally ran out of toilet paper and further details would be pretty graphic 🙄 We tried to reach out to the host from the moment we arrived. 3 days later and no one ever got back to us. Big disappointment!
