Neutral decor throughout, right across the road from Merivale Mall where you have a number of popular cafes/bars/restaurants. The mall hosts a Freshchoice Supermarket and a variety of boutique shops. 10 Minute walk to Hagley Park and Victoria St. 3 Min walk to Papanui Road (bus stop). Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Please note there is an outside camera for security purposes.

Location was a big plus. The living space is spacious and family friendly and the outside deck space was a bonus. A couple of extra bed pillows would have been appreciated , and dirty hand marks on the ranch sliders were not a great welcome into an otherwise clean house.

A great little unit in a super easy location. The Merivale shops are easy walking distance with a supermarket and a couple of great coffee shops and pub. Hagley Park and the city centre both not far. The unit itself is comfortable, roomy and has everything you need.
