We stayed here for 4 nights. It was amazing. Our room was pretty spacious. Clean room, fresh linen, has hot and cold shower which i really like. Has amenities too — bath towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, bottle of water, coffee with mug and electric kettle. AC worked properly with ceiling fan. Wifi was excellent too. Attentive and kind staffs and manager. Location was great too. I will definitely back and stay here when we back Pokhara.

We are couple from Philippines and Japan. We came and booked for 3 nights but we stayed for 4 nights instead. I wish we could stay a little longer.
Hallway and front desk are clean.
There’s a lift/elevator!
Some rooms have balcony and lake side view (depends on you. Prices are also different.)
Our room was smell good.
They will clean your room daily. Just leave your key.
Have a complimentary bottle of water (1L) for two every day. There’s an electric pot and cup if you want to have some coffee. They also have Instant coffee and sugar.
Amenities are also provided — toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Daily change of bath towel.
There’s also have hot and cold shower, which i really like. Shower water pressure are also great.
Our bed was so comfortable, always spotless and fresh linen everytime we back to our hotel room.
AC and ceiling fan are worked properly.
There’s a television and landline phone.
Socket near on the bed.
Wifi was excellent fast!
Daily breakfast. It was simple breakfast to start your day. Don’t expect too much if you are looking for american /english style breakfast. Our breakfast are toast with butter and jam, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fresh-cut fruits , and coffee or tea. But for us, it was enough to start our day. We really appreciate it, because we don’t need to spend extra bucks to have breakfast outside.
Location was great. It was near at the tourist bus park, restaurants, souvenirs shops, mini stores, parks, and lake.
Staffs are so attentive and approachable, specially the manager. He was so kind, and very helpful. He can speak English, he gave us some tips and suggestion on our trips. He always check on us every time we see him. We really appreciate his kindness to us.
They also offer tour packages, bus tickets.
We will definitely back and stay here again. Sad we really need to leave Pokhara too soon.

Location: only 450 - 500 meters from Pokhara Tourist/Pvt bus parking, hence you can walk rather than looking for taxi.
Not facing lake, but 3 - 5 min walk & you reach lakeside after walking from a beautiful garden/ park.
Staff very polite, helpful & supportive.
Public transport, market, shops, liquor all just outside the hotel.
Very quiet & clean, well decorated dining hall, lift, overall great hotel.

The Hotel is not that much bad. The staff behaviour was so much rude and arrogant . I dont Preffered this hotel for anyone. While there are lot of options in Pokhara.
