The aparment itself is truely away from a busy city and will get a partial seaview and village and Mosque view from the Windows. (Potential of Prayer voice can be hear)

Duidelijk door een Aziatische architect gebouwd, waarbij voor ons westerlingen wat vreemde dingen op te merken zijn:
1)De binnenkomst is miserabel. Je moet met een kaartje een metalen garagedeur openmaken.. In de garage bevinden zich op diverse plekken weer de beveiligde toegangen naar de diverse units. Dan kom je in een ongezellige gang met de kale lift. Dit gaf het gevoel of je een gevangenis in ging...Dat gevoel verdween zodra je binnen in het ruime lichte appartement kwam.
2) bij het prachtige grote zwembad, met veel ruimte eromheen staan 8 ligbedden voor in totaal 186 appartementen. Dit is met de gedachte dat Aziaten even gaan zwemmen en dan weer vertrekken. Maar westerlingen hebben andere gewoontes, en vliegen dus als aasgieren op sporadisch vrijkomende ligbedden af...
3) er zijn geen aanwijsbordjes voor zwembad, toiletten, douches en kleedruimtes. Je moet je douchen voor het zwemmen, maar de douche is ergens ver verstopt achter planten...gevolg: 95 % van de gasten neemt geen douche voor het zwemmen.
4. In onze prachtige keuken met inductieplaten, oven, magnetron, vriezer en koelkast is geen warm water voor afwas, geen afwasteiltje en er is één klein koekenpannetje en een grote soeppan. Geen wok, ovenschaal, messen ( Wel een scherp mesje) platte borden, drinkglazen,. De wasmachine en wasdroger in een speciale ruimte zijn wel ideaal. Ook de badkamers zijn erg fijn, jammer dat die van de ouderslaapkamer erg warm was. De bedden zijn heel fijn. De inrichting is verder gezellig met twee lekkere banken en fijne eetkamerstoelen.

The apartment is very clean and quiet , we had a great time bonding with old friends , singing and sharing with each other our life experiences .we can see the sea and walk in the morning as well.i will come back again to enjoy Penang.

This apartment in Batu Feringghi was perfect for our stay. The kitchen, two bedrooms/bathrooms and large living room space made for a very convenient stay. It was a short walk to the night market and lots of good places to eat, and a convenient mini market was located right across the street (and is open 24 hours!). Our favorite restaurant was a short walk away (Living Room Cafe Bar and Gallery) and Ben and Amy were perfect hosts! It took us a day or two to get used to the call for prayer broadcast starting at 5:30AM, but after a while, it was was easy to ignore. The pool was great -- we almost had it to ourselves most of the time -- and the beach was a short walk away and pleasant (even with the jellyfish warnings). We spent a lot of time in the water at the beach, and never had any problems. Finally, Germeine was a great host, helping make our stay pleasant and stress free!
