About this house rental
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Parking: Parking is on street in non-residential spots or you can park in the overnight garage on Grinnell St
Amenities: Private pool, mother-in-law cottage, Wifi, TVs, in-unit laundry, walkable to the historic seaport with shops & restaurants
THINGS TO KNOW:
Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No Pets.
*You do not have access to the vacant upstairs apartment*
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
Pool heating is $100 per week and must be requested in advance

Ratings and reviews
Quaint KW home nestled in a perfect location. You can walk to the harbor in 2-3 minutes. From there, Duval Street is an easy stroll. Some of the best restaurants are close by and the Old Town Bakery is just across the street.
I had a golf cart while I was there so that I could explore the entire island. Parking in front of the house was a daily challenge, but I was always able to find parking within a block of the house.
I only contacted the management company to re-book for next year.
