The Sanctuary is unparalled on the Northern Beaches, situated on one of the largest direct beach access blocks in Sydney. Bathed in sun all day, and with gardens leading directly down to the rock pools and golden sands of north Avalon Beach, the perfect beachside escape awaits.
As can be expected from a property of this magnitude, privacy is delivered from the moment you enter the sandstone gates.
Divided into two separate accommodation wings the home offers a huge central living area that includes the kitchen, dining area and open fire. Off each side of the living room there are two separate outdoor entertaining areas to capitalize on the best conditions that the Northern Beaches weather offers. We stayed at The Sanctuary for our wedding weekend and it was amazing. The girls got ready in the house and the boys stayed around the corner. It was so amazing to be able to go for a swim and watch the boys surf from the balcony when the girls got their makeup done.
Having other accommodation around the corner was perfect for what we wanted.
The house was neat tidy and had everything we needed!! The fire place was amazing to sit around and chat.
Having The house was an absolute highlight of our wedding weekend!
