The Space:
This spacious property comfortably hosts up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, including the studio apartment.
• Master suite – king bed + shared bathroom (top floor)
• 3 bedrooms with queen beds + private bathrooms (most with ocean views)
• 5th bedroom with pool views
• Independent studio apartment – private queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette
✨ Four bedrooms enjoy ocean views, balconies, and full-height windows. All rooms feature electric blackout blinds and fly screens for comfort.
The open-plan living and dining area flows to a large backyard with a saltwater mineral pool, heated spa and ice bath, perfect for families.

The Neighborhood:
Bilgola Beach is popular with locals as it is more protected than most of the other beaches in the area. It is also one of the few beaches that has a cafe on the beach. The best shops and restaurants are all within walking distance in Avalon and Newport. You don't have that advantage in Palm or Whale Beach.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to the bus stop and Avalon Village. Nice coastal path to Newport village. We are about an hour's drive from the airport and shuttles and transfers are available. Parking either in the driveway or on the street.

Pets permitted by application, and additional fees apply
There are a large number of stairs up to the property, not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities

Jenny’s beach house was the perfect place for my family of 9. It was clean and comfortable and truly felt like another home to us. There were many stairs but this was great exercise and we adjusted to them quite quickly. The kids loved the pool and all the toys throughout the house. Jenny was a fantastic host and very responsive (even on New Years Eve!). We would love to come back to this beautiful beach house in the future.

Spectacular indeed. Views are incredible. Facilities are excellent. Walk to beach is easy (although the 200 stairs are good exercise). Walk to town is very convenient. Beach is amazing. Had a great time with the family
