    Good service, great facilities, and friendly, accommodating staff! I was just a little confused about the check-out process. I sent a message before checking out, but there was a delay in the response. I eventually went down to the lobby to look for the staff, and the staff tell me that I needed to return to the 40th floor and go back to my room, where someone would assist me with the check-out process. There is also a ₱3,000 security deposit, which is refundable. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

    Room is ready but u cannot check in coz of lack of staff assisting got our keys 3PM instead of 2PM. We were not informed upon check in that electricity is consumable, after that u need to add ,load or pay additional. Smoke detector malfunction no one assisted . Just look for a regular hotel. Same price.
