Luogo tranquillo e molto pulito, a 15 minuti dal mare. Ottimo se si cerca tranquillità e riposo. Colazione con torte fatte in casa molto buone. Ottima disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria.

La struttura è ben posizionata, rimane comoda per raggiungere Grottammare in pochi minuti e si gode di una bella vista panoramica. Colazione molto buona con dolci fatti in casa e attenzione a intolleranze alimentari.

If you drive, the place is well located. Strategically near many points of interest, a good base to go and check the surrounds.
Maybe communication. The room was cold in the night, and I was told that since I come from Singapore, it is normal that I find cold what is the norm for Italians (allegedly 20C, in the truth it was 18 in the room). The page on booking.com shows a kitchen in the information, leading to think that it is a small kitchen in the room, however, it turn out it is a communal kitchen for all guests.
