Horrible 16C manager! Hidden fees! Expect bad surprises!

Horrible manager, I have traveled all my life. This experience was the worst. Expect lots of hidden fees, calls asking you to pay extra for deposit fees in the middle of the day when you are at the beach, hidden parking fees $75/ night, wristband $70 etc. Nobody will meet you at the property! Somebody will appear knocking to your door out of nowhere, he’ll be calling you forcing to come and asking you to Zelle or Venmo damage deposit, otherwise they will change the door locking code! They will not meet you to enter with you the facility, but they will push on you forcing you to pay extras and deposits which never been discussed. Never again here!

Very good

The view was stunning, and the proximity to the beach with access to the pool and showers was amazing. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

The local facility staff (for parking and pool access) was very inefficient and stressed easily during routine tasks. There was always a long line at checkout time and check in time to complete very mundane tasks, like providing a yellow paper that was provided by the valet setvice. Even though the yellow paper doesn't state that you should keep it or bring it for check in or check out purposes. So plan accordingly, check in and check out will take time and patience and you may need to jump back to the car for extra documents and get in line again with other frustrated visitors.

Exceptional

very relaxing clean so easy to get to the pool and the beach very safe you have to wear a bracelet and a key pin to get into anywhere but it’s worth it because you know you’re safe here. There is a Walmart and a Publix to shop which are not far from the hotel. Life is easy here you don’t have to truck so far from the pool to the beach. It’s right there all together. I will come back here again definitely.

really bad for $250 per night

Only thing I liked was it was right in front of the beach

I booked the Ocean view of course with extra charges. However, they assigned me on 3 floor and it didn't provide the ocean view at all. All I saw was ugly parking garage in front of me and a little bit of the sea was covered with trees. I asked them to change the unit to upper floor or refund but they ignored me. All they said was they cannot cut the trees. ridiculous! I don't usually pay more for the Ocean view but this time really wanted to see the wide open ocean when I wakes up for four morning but they destroyed my expectation. Also the apartment was really old and wasn't renovated. All the appliances are old and dirty. There were ants and flies.

Pleasant, but not what I was expecting.

Cristian, the individual that gave us the keys and helped with any issues, was great. Super friendly and helpful. The pools were nice too.

No washing machine in the room. One at the condo, but you had to pay for it. Mattress was not the best, and the check in process and parking process was chaotic and lengthy.

Host; The host was friendly on our arrival. But before checking out one of the host members asked us to take out the trash from the apartment (I meant from the trash basket). I don't know why the cleaning fee is included in our reservation if I should take out the trash by myself??? Registration office: On arrival, they provided us with an electronic key to enter the building and other premises such as a swimming pool, etc. Upon arrival at the building, it was detected that the key was not activated. So, fortunately, there were a lot of people going in/out, so we can easily enter the building. Next morning I visited to the registration office to provide me activated key and receive clarification why the key was not activated. The registration office representative responded the key was not activated because she forgot to collect an additional $20 by cash?? But why did she gives me not activated key in this case??? Or it is a special quest.

everything was great. we stayed in the north tower in the 7th floor and the view is spectacular. apartment was clean!!!

check in!!! we had to get our key fob and brackets for access to the property in a little office in the back of the building. 1st impression was not good, but was pleasantly surprised after the checkin. there is no property staff to assist as this is NOT a hotel. it is a condo, so you have to figure thing out on your own.

Other than the check-in process, everything else was good.

Check-in was chaotic; we arrived on time, but there was no one there to greet us. I made numerous calls to locate a person in charge. I was finally advised to go to a room that was left open but no keys or codes to lock the door behind us till an hour later. I had to pay valet parking but no valet.

A vista é maravilhosa e a cozinha é funcional , As toalhas pelo menos era limpa . A piscina é bem legal a praia é limpa . Porém a limpeza tanto do prédio como do apartamento e horrível .

Uma pena um imóvel lindo porém ser tão mal cuidado assim , deveria trocar de faxineira sem dúvidas , e sem falar no péssimo atendimento dos valetes , cada vez q você sai te fazem esperar um monte para abrir o portão , o mesmo para sair , nem se quer te dão bom dia . Sobro o apartamento: Eles não trocam a roupa de cama por completo , o tapete do banheiro tinha resto de outra pessoa , e a cama estava com xixi no colchão do protetor , o banheiro muito sujo , se você tiver asma não recomendo , pois tem tanto pó na casa que é impossível não espirrar , o sofá um completo abandono cheio de manchas . A porta da varanda não é segura para criança pois ela não tranca e é muito fácil de abrir. O checkin foi horrível eles demoraram 1 hora pra liberarem o código do apartamento , e no checkout me fizeram esperar também pois não tinha ninguém próximo para fazer a revista no apartamento, a enquanto isso a faxineira chegou para recolher a roupa de cama , e só me confirmou mais uma vez que eles realmente não trocam por completo , só tiram o lençol debaixo , só de pensar que eu dormir no suor de outra pessoa me dá enjoo , Eles pedem $300 em cash para depósito , para caso se quebrar algo , Te devolvem na saída mas faz você de bobo esperando . Os móveis são bem velhos quase se desmanchando. Segue fotos .
