About this house rental
This split level two storey home, has living up top and sleeping downstairs.
Upstairs, the sunny open plan living/dining/kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows allows you to delight in the views. The good sized kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and all the family will need for cooking up a storm. There is a TV and DVD and good size stereo in the lounge area and electric heating, ceiling fan and air-conditioner - or just open up the doors and windows and let the sea breeze flow through.
The three bedrooms are on the lower level - 2 of the bedrooms have small wall mounted TV's.
The bathroom and laundry are combined with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Great location, easy access, light and airy - perfect for a summer beach holiday!

Had a great weekend at this house! It's spacious, clean, and the living room upstairs is fantastic – Ocean view, kitchen, chill area, and while no Internet access to personal devices, the TV provided had Netflix access which was a surprise and we were very happy about. The bathroom is gorgeous with a rainfall shower, but needs something to stop water splashing. Comfy beds, and I loved sleeping and waking up to the sound of waves (1 min walk to the beach!).
A few downsides: BBQ was dirty and dripping oil on the floorboards when we arrived, took some cleaning. Upstairs living room lacked blinds for privacy, and the TV glare. Also, the neighbor's dog can be a bit of an early morning alarm at 6 - 7 am. Despite these, it didn't ruin our experience. Overall, a good stay!

The house is freshly renovated with a large usable kitchen and gorgeous bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning but waking up to that view is well worth it! The beach is just a 2min walk away making for some lovely evenings strolling along the sand. Im very much looking forward to staying there again.

If you're after ocean views a proximity to the beach, it can't get much better.
nice house but would require some thorough cleaning. i came back with bed bug bites and a cockroach in one of the bags.
