Fully remodeled in 2019 this is a perfect option if youre traveling with a group as this apartment can sleep up to eight guests. The apartment is located on the forth floor of this elegant brand new building with an elevator. The elevator to the apartment can be found on top of a four-step staircase but there is a wheelchair-accessible option available.
There are four comfortably furnished bright bedrooms all with a king size beds accessible via a corridor that leads to all the bedrooms and the living/dining rooms.
This contemporary apartment also has thee modern bathrooms of which two are en-suite, allowing guests to have that added level of privacy and convenience during their stay. The kitchen is ideal for all of your self-catering needs and is equipped with all the modern amenities. There is also a charming living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining area.
All the rooms are equipped with AC, heating, wifi, baby cot is available upon request.
Whats unique about this apartment is that it has a sunny terrace with a sumptious lounge area, the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco snack or even just a glass wine.

Clean but very small accommodations. Had to wait 40 minutes outside with luggage for property manager Tom let us in which was quite annoying since we were hungry and tired after train ride from Siena. Other than that beds were comfortable, but the apartments were extremely hot! In December! Thermostat locked and set to 25celcius, felt like a steam room when we came in and had to open windows to get it where it was comfortable. And we had strict instructions not to mess with the thermostat. We were there only for 3 nights and other than stated issues, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and good location

The apartment is in the perfect location - close to restaurants and in the middle of the sights of Rome. This is a more neighborhood type feel with more locals than tourists.
We were a group of 5 - 2 couples & single. The only complaints were that one shower did not drain properly, one person complained the bed was stiff/hard, and everyone agreed the WIFI was poor. Otherwise, everyone was happy with the location and the apartment.
Communication with the property manager was lacking up to arrival. Once we arrived and checked in, they were helpful, responsive and quick to respond to our inquiries and arranged transportation for us for departure.
I highly recommend the apartment and the property management company. A great stay.

This is a fantastic place. The building was completely gutted in 2018/19. Everything is high end and beautiful. The apartment is huge and the location is great. It is a 6-8 minute walk to the colesseum. The street has lots of great restaurants, gelato shops and piazzas that are close. The property management was very responsive and available for any needs. We will definitely be staying here again.
