Set on a fully fenced block with established gardens front and back, is this single level house with a spacious deck overlooking the back garden. Sit and relax on the couches or prepare a meal on the gas BBQ and dine at the outdoor setting.

Inside the house is comfortable with flat screen tv and dvd in the lounge, good size dining table, newly tiled floors in lounge/dining/kitchen, wood heater as well as split system for heating and cooling in the lounge. The kitchen is well set up with gas cooking and a microwave.

There is one bathroom connecting to the main bedroom with queen bed and hallway. 2 bedrooms have a double and single bed in each. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. The side of the house has a cool verandah with loads of seating, perfect for sitting out on a warm summer evening.

Carport can hold 2 cars lengthways.

Pets are not allowed at this property!

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
