Geräumiges und sauberes Haus mit sehr schönem großen Garten und super Ausstattung. Sehr gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit im freien zu Essen und auch der eigens gebaute Grillraum. Wechselbettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Super war dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war und auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Lage in Nibbiaia ist sehr ruhig und ländlich gelegen. Trotz der ländlichen Lage hatten wir sehr guten Empfang vom Mobilfunknetz. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great location close to the sea and other Tuscan villages. The house is nice and full of character with sufficient space for a family of four people. The kitchen is modern and includes everything one could need. The house is within easy walking distance to the village of Nibbiaia where you can find a grocery store and café.
The downside of the location is that it sits in a zone with little to no cell reception. It would be great if the hosts could provide free wi-fi as this would help guests remain connected during their stay.
