Lots of decking with seating for outdoor enjoyment. Beach towels and linens provided. Eat out on the higher second deck to watch the dolphins play offshore. or if you don't want to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in downtown Folly to experience. You can take surfing or kayak lessons by appointment, or you can boogie board in the ocean for free. Parasailing and restaurants is only 5 blocks away. County water park is 10 minutes away. Historic Downtown Carriage rides are only 15 miles away. Museum Mile downtown includes both children's and adult museums.

Beach house was cozy and comfortable with walk out to beach. The house had everything we needed. Sandi was very responsive to the few start up questions we had. A couple of suggestions would include considering to upgrade wifi and to provide newer beach chairs but other than that the stay was great.

Fantastic stay on the beach for our family of four. Host was courteous and responsive, and the place is wonderfully quirky and perfectly clean. One of the few original beach cottages left on Folly, and we hope to stay again.
