Ubicación, silencio del barrio y amplitud del departamento.
No sale agua caliente. Por más que enciendas el termotanque el agua caliente no duraba más de 3 minutos, luego agua tibia o fría. La ducha también tiene inconvenientes ya que se inunda el baño un poco.

The property probably had not been used or lived in for many months and the bathroom and other rooms were extremely smelly Kitchen utensils (oven, fridge, toaster) were very dirty Microwave was not working but gave off a mild electro-shock when touched
