About this villa rental
Fancy a stay combining comfort, exceptional views and the sweetness of Caribbean living?
Located in the heights of Trois-Îlets, this superb villa offers you an ideal setting for a holiday filled with relaxation and escape.
Its location is a real asset: you benefit from a preserved natural environment with an exceptional view of the bay whilst being close to amenities. Anse Mitan beach is only 1 km away and the village of Trois Ilets with numerous shops (restaurants, bakery) is only 950 metres away.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family and spread over two levels, this villa can accommodate up to 14 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover a spacious living room opening onto the terrace with its sofas and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the villa has 7 bedrooms accessible via the main entrance or by the pool, each equipped with a king-size bed (180/200) and a bathroom with WC.
Two of the rooms are interconnecting and 5 of them have a private terrace with outdoor seating area and panoramic sea views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a television with Netflix access.
For your comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a large covered terrace with a dining area and barbecue as well as a lounge area, ideal for admiring the sunset over the sea.
The salt water pool secured by a submerged alarm and its sun loungers await you for relaxing afternoons.

Property was as described - very clean, modern, and neat. The staff was wonderful and friendly (though the woman who met us only speaks French so make sure someone in your group speaks French or knows how to use Google Translate!) The location is very good, not far from town and within a few minutes of a wonderful grocery store. The view from the pool deck is incomparable!
