Новий будинок, парковка, інфраструктура.
Бронював для родини, що було вказано в пошуку, при заселенні виявилося деякий дефіцит постільної білизни. Дуже заморочений перший заїзд на закриту територію. Спочатку поспілкуйтеся з власником.

ЖК Кадор -сервіс та чистота. Пані Наталія дуже ввічлива. До пляжу 411 батареї можна дійти пішки через приватний сектор та зелений парк. Поряд пляж Золотий берег, але туди краще на транспорті їхати. З вікон апартаментів видно море.
В опису апартаментів вказано наявність двоспального ліжка, але його немає. Є в наявності розкладний диван, на якому лежить матрац, але спати дуже було не зручно. Зовсім не було мила, гелю, шампуні. Брали свої.
