Bequemes Bett, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gute S-Bahn Anbindung nach Frankfurt

Nette und persönliche Begrüßung. Gute und ruhige Lage. Betten gut. Parkplatz auf dem Hof und das auch für längere Fahrzeuge.

Küche und Bad müsste mal erneuert werden. Mein Sohn würde sagen….Altbacken… und Preis Leistung passt nicht ganz.

The apartment is clean and spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom and two separate bedrooms.

It looks like the furniture is cheaper and the space has been decorated just to fill the spaces on the walls and because you have to, but not with love. We were running late as we were traveling from the Netherlands and got stuck in traffic. In the confirmation email the host asked to be informed if we were running late, but also that the key is there for us. We figured it's fine and we had never had any issues before either. We forgot to call and to be honest, on vacation you don't really want to have a set schedule either. When we called about an hour after we said we would arrive there, the host was not happy and quite rude on the phone. He kept saying "you have to be kidding". We apologized and explained that it had slipped our mind, but this did not change anything- he was very rude. We were all so shook up by this experience that we seriously considered driving further to stay somewhere else, but didn't in the end because we had been on the road all day and it wouldn't have been safe. This however made our stay very uncomfortable and all we wanted to do was to leave as soon as possible. Another very strange thing was that a neighbor was also very rude to us while we were there. He obviously was not a big fan of the host either and seemed very bothered by our presence there. The host also sent another lengthy email later in the evening pointing out how upset he was and how we should feel bad for what he had done. All in all a very unpleasant experience.
