Villa Rovinia Verde

Located on the way to the beach( Rovinia Beach), which has some traffic down in the morning and up in the evening. There is a parking inside the property so it's really safe and you go by foot to the beach. As there are stone fences you really have all the privacy needed at the pool, which is also very nice. Very nice view and close to the village. Great place to be.

The shower heads should be replaced as they leak a lot, but they were functional.

Location, it was a short walk to the two local beaches, Rovinia and Liapades. The property had private parking which was a huge plus and the property was well maintained.

Older facilities, need an upgrade of amenities. As a lady, I didn’t like you couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. I understand some places are like this however during our 5 week stay in Europe this was the only place that requested this. We didn’t get enough basic supplies for our stay so we had to buy our own, such as toilet paper and coffee.

Excellent location just a short walk from the beautiful Rovinia Beach. As a family, we found there was more than enough to enjoy between the villa’s two pools, the beach, and the local restaurants in Liapades, you could easily spend several days without needing to travel elsewhere on the island. The villa is comfortable, well suited to families, and offers stunning surroundings. Spiros is a welcoming and attentive host who is always happy to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance when needed.

Willkommensgruß mit Wasser, Wein und Knabbereien. Gute Lage um den Norden zu erkunden! Das Haus insgesamt bietet viel Platz. Erdgeschoss: zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Sanitärraum mit Dusche und WC, Vorraum mit Waschbecken, eine Wohnküche mit Raumhöhe eineinhalb Etagen Dachboden: ein Badezimmer und ein offenes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Von diesem kann man via Balkon in die Wohnküche schauen. Einzelne Bereiche wurden renoviert zb Aussenmauer Spiros, der Manager, ist jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist insgesamt schon recht abgewohnt zb Küche, siehe auch Foto WC Die Dachetage ist niedrig, man muss ständig den Kopf einziehen um nicht anzustoßen. Geschirrspüler: unbrauchbar weil verkalkt und kaputt! Habe extra einen Mascinenreiniger gekauft und verwendet weil ich dachte das könnte helfen, umsonst. Er dreht sich auch nicht mehr. Spiros hat den Defekt dem Besitzer gemeldet, aber nichts passierte. Wir mussten abspülen, ärgerlich. Pool: Am ersten Tag fragten wir wegen einer Reinigung, am nächsten Tag wurden die Blätter herausgefischt aber der Rand blieb schmutzig. Erst am vorletzten Tag der Woche wurde er gereinigt. Wir konnten das Pool somit einen statt 7 Tage nutzen. Sauberkeit im Haus: mittelmäßig
