Apartment 4 pers. (1st floor without elevator) ideally located in the pine forest with south-facing terrace facing the swimming pool - 2 duplex bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), dressing room, fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, plancha, multifunction microwave) , mini oven, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, cookware and dishes), baby chair, bathroom and separate toilet, living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 2 poufs, 1 coffee table player DVD, board games and TV.
The residence
Built in pine trees, with a caretaker, guarded and secured by a barrier at the entrance and at the exit, the residence consists of houses with semi-detached gardens and 2 small one-storey buildings.
Landscaped pedestrian paths lead to the accommodation, pétanque and ping-pong play areas are available. Private swimming pool, compulsory access with bracelets, open from June to September and supervised in July and August. Numbered parking spaces inside the residence.
A few minutes walk from the center of La Palmyre (about 500 meters). All shops: supermarkets, caterers, PMU tobacco-press, postcards, pharmacy, cellar, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, many restaurants, shops, clothes, swimwear, shoes ..., port, nautical base, school of sailing, bicycle rentals, jet-ski, boats, kart, quad, horse riding, mini golf, sea trips, tree climbing, Luna park, golf ... Market on Wednesday and Sunday morning. Night market in the summer. Large cycle paths through the pine forest.
Near the beach "La Palmyre" and numerous beaches along the coast from Royan to Ronce les Bains.

La Palmyre benefits from an exceptional climate with more than 2250 hours of sunshine per year, which is as much as the French Riviera! located about 15 minutes from Royan (train station) and 1 hour from La Rochelle (train station and airport).
Many cycle paths in the pine forest will make you discover beautiful landscapes and allow you to circulate in peace with your children. The track which passes in front of the residence serves all the beaches.

La location est de très bonne qualité et très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager, couchage...). Le calme de la résidence et ses équipements (piscine, tables de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque) sont également de vrais atouts. L'entretien de la piscine est irréprochable !
La localisation de la résidence est idéale (proximité à pied ou à vélos des commerces et marché).
Les échanges avec les propriétaire sont simples, faciles et rassurants. Idem avec la gardienne. Bref, rien à dire et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
