If you are looking for a property very well located in Perequê ... liked it !!!! This chalet has 1 bedroom, with air conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi Internet.
The kitchen and living room is very cozy American type. It has stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and kitchenware in general.
In the outdoor barbecue area with a wonderful lawn, hammocks on the porch, outdoor shower and parking for a car with high wall and electric fence. All this in a dead end street. A great option regarding cost and benefit.
A place to rest and enjoy happy moments with your family and friends.
The property is located 200 meters from the sea in Perequê and near the cycle path, banks, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, shopping and other trade.
The property is like a vilinha composed by a chalet two houses.
Parking is in general use of the 3 houses.
Everything thought with great affection for you to feel good with privacy and comfort!
I have enjoyed the moment with family and friends in this paradise of nature. Everything was done thoughtfully with affection in the best for you to feel happy and fulfilled !!!

A casa é muito bem localizada, e organizada.
Passei 4 ótimos dias com a minha cachorra (Lola). Lugar ideia para quem quer viajar e levar o pet junto. A casa tem um jardim grande, mas também há um espaço cercadinho caso prefira restringir a área que seu pet vai ficar.
A Drika é muito simpática e atenciosa, e nos deixou super a vontade, dando acesso total para a Lola brincar no jardim.
A casa é bem equipada com eletrodomésticos, e quando cheguei estava tudo limpo e organizado.
Para quem quer viajar com tranquilidade, levar a família e o pet, indico o Chalé.
Com certeza é um lugar que voltaria a me hospedar.

O chalé é excelente, tem tudo para um casal, muito bem localizado e equipado. O jardim é lindo. E a Drika é super atenciosa e solicita. Com certeza voltaremos!
