About this house rental

This delightful 17th Century Watermill is accompanied with a lovely patio garden area, Mill pond, stables, and grazing in the heart of The Cotswolds, rich in history and charm. Accommodation includes a one bedroom, en suite apartment with lounge kitchenette and additional Sofabed with Private front and backdoor access. The largest Water wheel in Worcestershire is located in the pound beneath with the majority of it's workings still on view in the Mill room and throughout the accommodation.

The garden patio area overlooks the original Mill pound and Waterwheel. Accommodation in the Watermill itself has a private entrance at the front, with a stable door opening onto the patio area at the rear. There are stables with a turnout for guests wishing to bring horses along with Private onsite parking for 2 vehicles.

All areas within the private Apartment, situated in the Watermill and all areas in the back garden and front paddock.

The Watermill is 11 Miles from the celebrated famous Cheltenham race course, the home of jump racing which hosts the biggest week in national hunt. The festival features four days of world class sport, including the iconic Cheltenham Gold Cup.
The Cotswolds is an area of outstanding natural beauty, explore English villages such as Broadway, stow on the wold and many more splendid lively towns. Located at the bottom of the drive is the Queen's Head pub, serving classic food with a contemporary edge.
